Who We Are

S.S Associates is a family law firm based at Chamber No. 551, Lawyers Chamber Block, Sector 10, Dwarka Court, New Delhi. We represent husbands, wives, parents and NRI families in matrimonial and domestic-relations cases before the Delhi Family Courts, the Delhi High Court and, when required, the Supreme Court of India.

People rarely come to a family lawyer on a good day. They arrive anxious, angry, ashamed or exhausted. Our first job is to listen without judgement. Our Team

Advocate Manish Kumar

Leads the firm’s divorce, custody and maintenance practice and appears before the Delhi district courts. Known for a calm, approachable manner and careful preparation.

A large part of our work is for Indians living abroad. We handle matters through a power of attorney, coordinate video appearances where the court permits them, and explain how Indian decrees fit with foreign proceedings.
